By the way, I've just had your book shipped over from the US. I decided I couldn't wait until March 2008 for it to be released over here. I'm off on another holiday (vacation) in a couple of weeks and wanted a good book to read - yours has been on my 'list' for a while now. I'm really looking forward to getting into it.
